Margo Hayes, a little-known 19 year old from Boulder, Colorado, she has moved to Europe to train and climb with the goal of succeeding on two of the most iconic 5.15s in France and Spain.
But by pushing her body and mind to the absolute limit, she risks injury and failure in her quest to be the first.
Margo Hayes is a professional rock climber from Boulder, CO. She is known for being the first woman to climb a 5.15a with La Rambla in Siurana, Spain, followed with the first female redpoint of Realization in Ceuse, France. Originally a gymnast, Hayes started off climbing with her dad Tom, and at 10 years old she joined ABC Kids Climbing in Boulder. At 13 she quit gymnastics to focus on climbing
